Welcome to Frecho Foods Private Limited, hereafter referred to as Frecho and its website as frechofoods.com. Frecho is an upcoming venture and has geographical business boundaries restricted to the state of Uttar Pradesh, India only.

These Terms and Conditions govern your engagement with the Frecho website w.r.t the products/service purchased from it. Fercho provides its services subject to the following terms, conditions and provisions. While placing the order and before making the payment on our website you have been provided with links to approach Terms & Conditions, Refund and Cancellation, Shipping and Privacy Policy. You have full rights and advised by FRECHO to read and go through these terms and conditions before placing the order. On placing the order, you agree to accept these Terms & Condition including Disclaimer as the legal equivalent of a signed written contract binding on you. FRECHO reserves the right to amend/modify these Terms & Conditions and Disclaimer at any time. Your participation as a customer in this transaction will constitute acceptance of this agreement.

 

Products and Pricing

 

All products listed on the website, their descriptions, prices are subject to change from time to time without any advance notification.

Purchase of a product on the website and its delivery is subject to prevailing normal business and law & order conditions in and around work and delivery place.

FRECHO reserves the right, at any time, to modify, suspend, or discontinue the sale of any product with or without notice.

In case a product or service is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error, error in pricing or information received from you, FRECHO shall have the right, post-acceptance of any order, to decline or cancel any such order, whether or not the order has been confirmed and/or you have been charged for such product or service. 

If you have already been charged for the order and FRECHO cancels your order, we will refund the amount.

The product specifications mentioned with the product photos displayed are only approximate. There may be a slight variation in the pictures and the respective products.

The minimum order value for a single order is Rs 80/-.

Order Modification/Cancellation Policy

In case you want to modify/cancel an order, you can reach us on +91-9310758081 (10:00 hours–18:00 hours, 7 days a week). If the order has not been prepared or is not out for delivery, we will try to modify/cancel the order for you. If the order has already been prepared/dispatched, it cannot be cancelled/modified and you will be charged for the order.

In case of bulk order modification/cancellation, please give at least 24 hours prior notice.

Order/Delivery Confirmation E-mail

 

Post-placement of an order, you will receive an Order Confirmation e-mail which will include all the details of your order, including the order number which will be required in the event you need to contact FRECHO.

In case you have not received an Order Confirmation e-mail, please call on +91-9310758081 (10:00 hours–18:00 hours, 7 days a week) or write to us at frechocare@gmail.com

You will also receive a Delivery Confirmation intimation when your order has been delivered.

Payment Terms

On submitting an order, you agree to pay the price applicable for the product on our website, the delivery fees for the delivery service you select, any other charges if applicable as displayed on the website through payment options displayed on the website.

In case of a High-Value Order, we may ask you to produce additional documents such as an ID Proof (Voter ID Card, PAN Card or Passport) and a front copy of the Credit/Debit Card displaying your name and a credit card statement with your billing address.

Cash on Delivery:

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for our products, for order values up to Rs 300.00 in Noida-India. COD service has a handling fee of Rs 10/- per order.

When you opted for COD, you will only be able to pay by cash, we will not accept cheques, demand drafts or gift vouchers. We do not accept COD Terms from a person who has refused a shipment in a previous order or defaulted on payment.

All orders under COD are subject to our further verification and acceptance. To verify your COD eligibility, we may ask you to produce additional documents such as a Voter ID Card, PAN Card and other ID proofs such as a passport. frechofoods.com reserves the right to refuse COD without revealing the reasons for the refusal.

Communications

 

You consent to receive communications from us by e-mail, SMS or any other communication made electronically, verbally or physically through post. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that FRECHO provides to you by e-mail or in any other aforementioned mediums satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

Exchanges

 

It will not be possible for us to accept any request for product exchanges.

Damaged/Defective Products

If any product received by you is damaged/defective, you can let us know the same. You can call us at +91-9310758081 (10:00 hours–18:00 hours, 7 days a week) or send us an e-mail with the photographs of the same at frechocare@gmail.com, within 12 hours of receiving the product. We will either deliver you the new product or refund/adjust the amount.
